How do I return an item?
Return Policy- first off it's FREE
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for FREE for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must be in new, resalable condition.
Instructions for returning items are printed on the reverse side of our packing slips. Please follow the instructions to ensure your return is processed fast, easy, and most importantly FREE.

6-3312 and leave a detailed message. Please include in your message your reference/order number and include your reason for return or exchange.
For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all tags to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
We ask that you do not return merchandise which is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective please email info@riskrewardgolf.com or call customer service at 1-888-336-3312 and leave a detailed voice mail referencing you order number and item with a description of the defect.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchanged item.
If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (eg: misprinted logo, hole in fabric) please email info@riskrewardgolf.com or call customer service at 1-888-336-3312. Please explain what is wrong with the item and remember to have your order number handy. We will happily replace it for you. Your satisfaction is our goal.
Although we make every attempt to keep our stock current and accurate, occasionally we may have an item listed as "In Stock" when it is not. We want to make you happy, so in this event we will contact you as soon as possible and work to make up for the inconvenience as well as resolve the issue. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $50 or more, your order ships FREE! All other orders in the continental US ship for $4.75.
Shipping Policy
Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to be fulfilled, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm Pacific Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day.
Orders with express shipping selected (2-Day or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Next Day" indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
All Canadian shipments will be sent via USPS only.
Risk.Reward Golf reserves the right to change what countries are serviced based on the levels of Credit Card fraud and associated risk reported in each country.
For P.O. Boxes orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail when Ground Service is selected and USPS Express Mail when Overnight or 2nd Day are selected. Any shipments to a P.O. Box where Overnight is selected will automatically be adjusted to Express Mail at the respective 2nd Day FedEx Rate.
For backordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the backordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the backordered item is returned to stock.
